Louis Gottfried's career spans 12 years in the high-tech industry, managing and bringing to market multimedia, computer based training systems, software applications, and web properties for companies including: Intuit, Macys, WindRiver Systems, Envive, Imedica, Calypte Biomedical, and NTT Communications.

Mr. Gottfried most recently worked at Verio, an NTT Communications Company and one of the world's largest web hosting companies, where he was responsible for the global online distribution and support systems as the manager of E-commerce Operations. During his 5 years at Verio, Mr. Gottfried developed a centralized, global, e-commerce platform for the online distribution of Verio's SME hosting products and launched localized web applications in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, and Japan. The online ordering system provided Verio with an 80% lower cost-per-customer acquisition.

Prior to that Mr. Gottfried founded Conceptual Media, a consulting firm whose clients included Quantum, ADIA, and Pyramid Technologies. As managing director Mr. Gottfried oversaw operations and assisted clients in planning computer based training strategies and the implementation of systems to improve operations and customer support.

Mr. Gottfried holds a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University and completed Masters classes in Anatomy and Physiology at Georgetown University.
