Peter Stilson

President and CEO

A veteran of the media, Web and telecommunications business sectors, Stilson has been building online networks for eight years. He recently joined Godengo after holding the position of Chief Operating/Revenue Officer for Internet Broadcasting (IB), where he was responsible for Operations, Technology and Sales for their nationwide network of sites. While there he helped IB grow nationally through the expansion of several major broadcasting groups. This strategy — coupled with organically growing the network by building new Websites — gained IB representation in all of the top 50 DMAs.

Prior to Internet Broadcasting, he was Executive Vice President of Norstan Inc., a Minneapolis-based telecommunications company, responsible for the US and Canadian Communications Division. He also held the positions of VP/General Manager of Norstan Canada in Toronto and Norstan South during his 14-year Norstan career.

He earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University with studies in Marketing, Economics and Finance. Stilson has participated in the executive programs for General Management at the University of Michigan and guest speaking program at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Peter and his wife reside in Walnut Creek, CA, after relocating from Minneapolis, MN. They have one son who is studying Engineering at Lehigh University.
