In the form editor you will see a new radio button selection labeled "Once Per User?" as shown below.

By selecting 'Yes,' you preclude the user from submitting another form again in the same session.
You can also create a custom message to return to a user trying to submit the form multiple times by filling in the text area below as shown here:

Great news! How exactly are the sessions handled? Are they anything like the IP tracking for polls; do the new forms use cookies; or, is this a server-side session implementation?
